A box of dreams filled with nine stories
The origin of a word “SHOKADO” came from the shrine priest of
Iwashimizu-Hachimangu Shrine in the early Edo period.
At that time, it speculated that “SHOKADO” was used as a paint box and a tobacco tray.
Years later, Mr. Teiichi Yuki, the founder of Kiccho, used this box and made a lunch for tea kaiseki.
A little bit of something delicious.
We want to pack a lot of stories into that “little” and want you to take a "journey"
An idea of using this box, we created an original SHOKADO.
Feel the land with the flavor,
the taste draws the scenery,
and the afterglow lead you to the “deliciousness”
Please enjoy each story.
